….and suddenly

all of the rugs were gone.

What an astonishing weekend at the Bellevue Arts Museum Arts fair!

We laughed,

we cried,

shared hopes and dreams and some dismay.

You sent me home empty handed,

but with a heart full to bursting of all the good things we are capable of.

Thank you for sending me into the future with a braver, stronger sense of purpose.

To my fellow Oregonians,

how sad I am that I won’t be seeing you all soon in either Bend or Portland.

But how glad I am, that we had the chance to share a moment or two last summer!

If there were towels or one last rug you were hoping to find,

please don’t hesitate to reach out.

And most importantly

if you simply want to say hello,

such tidings are always welcome.

The gratitude I feel for everyones support thru out the years

and the lovely friendships formed thru the sharing of stories….

our common humanity

both the beautiful and the messy….

is immense.

I send you all wishes for well being

and hope that somewhere,

somehow,

our paths will cross again.
